You're right. Allmusic lists it as 2009. I could have sworn I saw it listed somewhere else as 2010, but I could be wrong. At any rate, yes, great record.

Best I can do is a Top 9, rounded up. The rest is a mess of albums that I just like, or listened to/enjoyed just 1 or 2 times, so I won't list:

1. Joanna Newsom - Have One On Me
2. Roky Erickson with Okkervil River - True Love Cast Out All Evil
3. Eluvium - Similies
4. Neil Young - Le Noise
5. The Mynabirds - What We Lose in the Fire We Gain in the Flood
6. The Radio Dept. - Clinging to a Scheme
7. Solex vs. Cristina Martinez vs. Jon Spencer - Amsterdam Showdown King Street Throwdown
8. Sufjan Stevens - The Age of Adz
9. Four Tet - There Is Love In You
10. Jack Rose - Luck in the Valley

No, It's Extra Capsular Extractions EP and Sunn Amps and Smashed Guitar combined (apart from "Ripped on Fascist Ideas") and remastered. Sounds fucking awesome.

This isn't accurate as it's just a portion of the albums I've heard and enjoyed this year, but here is how I've ranked the albums I've reviewed in my 2010 review thread. I also think that when I actually make a year-end list, it'll still be different.

8. Janelle Monae - The ArchAndroid
9. The Tallest Man On Earth - The Wild Hunt
10. The National - High Violet
11. Caribou - Swim
12. ASC - Nothing Is Certain
13. The Morning Benders - Big Echo
14. The Radio Dept. - Clinging To A Scheme
15. Male Bonding - Nothing Hurts
16. Lorn - Nothing Else
17. Superchunk - Majesty Shredding
18. Quest For Fire - Lights From Paradise
19. Math & Physics Club - I Shouldn't Look As Good As I Do
20. Gil-Scott Heron - I'm New Here
