I live in an old neighborhood which consist mainly of really old people and young couples. There are a few streets in the area which are poor and black. They like to walk around the neighborhood. It's no big deal to me and I often talk to them.

Well my white trash neighbor's seven year old likes to stand in the street and yell "get off my street nigger." I am so tired of these trashy people. This is just one thing in a list of a thousand that drive me nuts.

This is one of the main reasons I love living in New York. I still have white trash in my neighborhood but they aren't the racist kind, just the slutty lowlife kind.

If I had a better term for my neighbors I would use it. This one just really seems to apply. Obviously were are in the same economic bracket. The wife is actually very nice, and I really feel for the older son b/c he had a chance but you can just see his life heading the wrong direction. It's the Dad. He is constantly yelling, cursing, at the whole family. He leaves for months at a time. The seven year old is horrible. Yesterday some of the black kids confronted Donnie (seven year old) and his friends at the park behind my house. Donnie and his friends ran away.

As surprising as it seems, it's a good street to live on. It's just them. All of my other neighbors are the nicest people. I have the sweetest old lady next door. The whole street just looks at them and shakes their head. Also living in a smaller area like Houma doesn't provide the options that my price bracket can afford. I am actually pretty lucky to live where I do.

And to kick it all off. They are training their dogs to fight.

I don't know if they're racist since a lot of them seem to date black men and women. They're usually referred to as Wiggers and act all gangsta. People who live in big cities know the type.

Surprisingly, my wife(who is black) and I have never run in to any kind of trouble worth mentioning. A certain look or comment maybe but nothing serious.

I know alot of people would have different expectations since we live in the south but it is refreshing that people are getting over it.

Although, we have been warned by an Indian co-worker of mine not to attend NASCAR.
