Same here. I see places like that around Atlanta and wonder about the costs of doing. My main obstacle is always safety. I'd want people to be able to drive in safely somewhere and not get jacked getting out of their car.

That's why you need to look into towns like I live in. Dilapidated old factories, but still in a relatively safe neighborhood. There's one here in the middle of town which has been sitting empty for decades apparently. I've always wanted to turn it into an indoor skate/bike park, studio, concert venue, and living space.

I kick myself every once in awhile for not somehow getting pics of this GMC Jimmy I once saw back when Bloor and Busty were living in the hood.
