Haha!. I'm still baffled how somebody (even though they were barking up the wrong tree) thinks they have found some proof of hypocrisy from that pulled quote of mine. I mean, does it read anywhere along the lines that i avoided the local dining experience and survived solely on western food? I think the food was the main highlight of my trip, i ate nothing but local food for around the first ten weeks of my trip, i regularly cook one or two Thai dishes at home. Strange.

I've been trying to figure out who is buying the songs from iTunes. Is it just the fanatics who think they have to own every format even if it's no different than what they already have?

i was at a record auction a while back and one of the lots was a crate of beatles records. there had to been at least 50 records and nothing seemed terribly rare. yet it ended up being either the highest or second-highest bid of the day and the guy buying it was someone i'd seen walking around earlier asking every vendor, "got any beatles records?"

Rob Sheffield gave it 5 stars in the latest issue of Rolling Stone and Popmatters gave it a 10 as well.

I've found him pretty hit or miss for most of his career but color me intrigued.....

i can see it getting a 10/5 stars. i think it's his best album.

I haven't heard a lick of it, but everyone said that about his last album with all the dumb autotune.

i hated that last album when it first came out but now i think it's alright.

this is the first album of his where i haven't wanted to skip over a song and i think it probably has his best rapping on it so far.

That's what I've been thinking all along. Each album he puts out is hailed as a classic.

This new album is much better than 808's. There's much more depth to this album, It sounds lame, but he really has stepped his game up. The beat on Dark Fantasy sounds like something off of a mid-90's Wu album. I'm not ready to call it his best (College Dropout), but it's pretty great, ....I'm a fan though.

the only part i hate on the album is jay-z's verse on POWER where he says "LOVE".
