Who you traveling with?
I'm playing a show in the middle of January.
Wanna sit in with me? We'll grab some dinner, too. Crash at my place for the night.

Yeah...if you do that, just don't stick yr head into where the fermentation process is going on. I lost my sense of smell for 2 hours while at the Jack Daniels distillery tour.

If Tony Mandarich hadn't relocated to Phoenix, I would have suggested you & the li'l miss head up to Traverse City for a romantic getaway & couples portrait at Mandarich Photography.

cleveland for great lakes brewing company/rnrhof

decent little italy too

or kalamazoo for bell's brewery, but michigan is a bit of a wasteland. Chicago, is probably your best bet, but if you like camping, there's lots of good camping in IL, especially shawnee. If you just want the b&b scene and peace and quiet, check out galena, IL.

This would get my vote, I've heard it's a good time. Never been but it's on my shortlist for a similar trip someday soon.

Chicago is always a good option, too.

The wife used AirB&B (or is it Air BnB?) ... some new-ish bed and brwakfast search site, to find a place with great reviews in Chicago and fucking loved where shye stayed. She wanted to stay with people because she wanted tour guides for the neighborhood, and this gay couple had lots of great reviews. Sure enough they were pouring her bourbon, telling her exactly where the best place to eat was, and then met her out after dinner. Anywho, I do recommend the site at least for finding good unique places for much less than hotels.

I'm in western Michigan, and would be up for beer, dinner, or whatever (this does not include a threesome, for the record :D ) but I will likely be out of town the last week in Dec. Let me know.

Well, if it involves crossing swords, I don't think I can do it.

"Such an addition" being a non-little person?
