yeah. it was basically the same show i saw him put on about a month or so ago but this just cemented his status.

the echo party dvd was pretty awesome as well.

Wow, this thread says plenty about the state of white rappers.

Edan might be my favorite, but really I've only heard an album's worth of material from him. I feel like he's one of the more versatile guys, which gives him an edge over most white rappers I can think of. But then I can't think of that many. that guy from Cunninglynguists was pretty good.

I still feel like Eminem is the one we have to prove isn't the best white rapper in the conversation, even if it isn't based on anything he's done in the past 5 years.

I need to check out that Echo Party DVD.

He's obviously very talented, it's more what he choose to do with that talent in terms of consistency, beat selection, themes, etc. that stop him from being one of the greatest in my opinion.

Yeah, I'm with you. I don't consider any of his albums great aside from the marshall mathers lp, but in terms of skill as a rapper, he's one of the best, and I think that's what the question was.

Yeah, I mean in terms or pure rapping he is one of the best. I was looking at it as a whole package, as in best artist.
