Lil bit of news for those interested...

Bon Accord 'Dayliner' EP is heading off to press in the next 2 weeks. It's going to be a gorgeous package. Reverse cardboard cover, full color insert, 2-toned white and pink haze vinyl, and 100 on pink vinyl. Scheduled for release early February.

Glass Vaults 'Glass' EP can now be purchased at Insound: http://www.insound.com/Glass-EP-Vinyl-1 ... /INS90073/

The Glass EP has sold out in all of the UK/Europe shops, but they've ordered more. Pure Groove and Boomkat will have more copies in the next few weeks.

I'll post info on new signings and a few releases in the works very soon!

Just wanted to say I really like that Glass vaults. It finally did show up...both copies like a day apart, no idea why the first one took so long, damn post office...don't tell shiv I said that, do post men kill anymore? Seems like it's been a while. Anyway, I have already given the spare to a friend and she very much likes it as well. Nice packaging and I love the vinyl plus free digital thing. Not sure if it is viable for the masses as most people would probably just take the free digital and ignore the vinyl. But, for me, it is pretty much the perfect option...especially with the FLAC available. Thanks.

I love the vinyl-plus-free-digital format and I hope it becomes really dominant. I'd rather have a vinyl copy of something for keeps, but I love the convenience of the files too.

Yeah, this is the future for my label...Looks like I am going to be going with www.dropcards.com for the digital download portion unless i can find somewhere a bit cheaper.....

agreed. it's the best of both worlds, and so easy to do.

Just got my Glass Vaults EP in the mail today.

I'll admit that this type of record is not my bag of grass. I occasionally listen to similar stuff when I'm wanting something that isn't demanding on my ears. I do want to say that the quality (in comparison to similar things I've heard) of this is top shelf, the recording and the development of the songs. I would throw this on before any Sigur Ros or Mum album that I've heard. Is this considered in that same category of music? Side A didn't move me much but then Side B kept me from taking this off my turntable. Either side B was way better or that's how long it took me to get it. I want a download code so I can listen to this on the train to work. The vinyl itself is beautiful too.

Great job Dale. I'm looking forward to checking out more of your stuff, even if it's not garage rock.

for the most part, I have had no problem with MM.
Wish I would have known about it, when I sent out my initial batch of Nothingface vinyl. They cost me $4.95 per (first class), and now they cost me $2.77 per via MM....I sent out about 325 of those babies, and could have saved myself over 600 bux....sigh. live and learn.
