question- how do you guys put your mixes together? cuz it seems like you all put a lot of work into them... do you just randomly pick the songs and throw them together? i'm trying to make an electronica mix but i'm finding it to be very difficult.

i go with moods, usually starting out a bit mellow, building it up slowly, then either a huge ending or something soothing and mellow once again.

Mssrs. Billzebub(ba) and Radcliffe have really knocked me on my ass recently. Not just one, but 3 mixes each that are tops.

Shiv's mix is fucking good too. I happen to like the second half better, but that has more to do with mood than song selection.

Max and Marco's discs arrived the other day, but I have yet to digest them. Max's mix is like you said, almost an actual cd..with a real jewel case and front and back cover. looks nice and alt.country.

Hope you enjoy it, Sir!

i made my friend a hip hop mix that he freaked out over and gave to everyone. i felt special.

I'd like a tracklisting on this, yo! I need to be hip hop educated. So far I really only found Blackalicious that I like.

i made it for my friend who likes hip hop, but doesn't know a whole lot about it and doens't like violence or mysogony (i'm ok with both in my rap, but not in life) so you might like this

1. cee lo - my kind of people
2. nas - purple
3. ghostface - the sun
4. group home - living proof
5. cee lo - young man
6. erik sermon - music
7. scarface - my block
8. nas - doo rags
9. cee lo - closet freak
10. showbiz and az - next level
11. oc - times up
12. cee lo - getting grown
13. hypnotic - jay z and beanie siegle
14. jadakiss - why?
15. immortal technique & mos def - (dunnon the name of this song)
16. xzibit - paparazzi (remix)

more like a CEE LO ALBUM with lot of guest spots

yeah, pretty much.
he loved it though.

anyone know anything about that immortal technique song on there, it has Mos Def saying, "bin ladden didn't blow up the projects, it was you niggah"
