my fiance mans the alarm clock for this exact reason. but she didn't have to work this week, so I was on alarm clock detail. I wouldn't have woken up if it wasn't for her waking up first, and saying "UMM, RYAN??"

but still, i'm pretty proud of myself in squeezing every minute of sleep I could and still get to work within the 5 minute buffer zone.

I can tolerate not showering in the morning if I'm late for school or work, but if I don't take my One-A-Day multivitamin/multimineral supplement before I leave the house, I panic and worry about it until I get home.

Yep. Everything's groovy till about noon, maybe 1 or so. Then your hair starts sticking to your forehead, your face breaks out, and everything goes to shit.

I skipped the shower on Thursday -- though I did get a shave in, since I had already not shaved the day before -- and one of my coworkers asked if a woman had been running her hands thru my hair. I guess it's dishevelment indicated that, the way it kind of stood up in an arrow pattern, on top straight-up, on the sides, at forty-five degrees.

Plus, my pits must not have been giving off any aroma. So, you couldn't have known I wasn't showering, just on a hunch.

I am glad my coworkers think I am a player, though. That's nice.

Now, if only I could bag that Russian interpreter from the language-service agency....
