Then, Bloor and I got into a bizarro discussion with the other guests, which basically culminated in the wife of said couple telling me that the husband's obsession with right wing politics was destroying their marriage, while Bloor and the dude were smoking a cigarette outside.

Probably good. What I do isn't really a shared function - it's what they bought us for - so it shouldn't be eliminated like maybe HR or IT would. Also all those restricted stock shares should become suddenly vested, and at a good price, if all works out right. But you never know, shit could still go pear-shaped I guess.
