Last four teams in. They will be seeded as 11 and/or 12 seeds... one game will be on Tuesday and the other Wednesday. In theory, this should help mid-majors that get snubbed... but this year is way, way down for mid-majors, it'll end up helping that 11th Big East or some undeserving ACC/Big 12/PAC 10 team squeak in.

Still hoping my undeserving Baylor Bears get one of those spots...

That's funny... I'm still hoping my VERY undeserving Huskers can beat Colorado on Saturday, win a couple of tourney games, and sneak in with one of those spots!!!

Washington has managed to nearly STB over the past 3 weeks. They were the prohibitive favorite to win the Pac 10 this season and started off quite strong. They now will be lucky to finish 2nd and probably will be 3rd and have to win at least 1-2 games in the P10 tourney to make the big dance.

Tonight's game at home vs. UCLA is huge. UW already beat them at Pauley this year so I know they've got the ability. They just need to get their act together and play to their potential and they'll be fine. They always manage to make things interesting this time of year.

According to the looks of Joe Lunardi's ESPN Bracketology there are two 16th seed play in games, an 11 seed play in game and a 12 seed play in game. One game per each region to complete the field of 68.

Michigan was paired against Baylor in the 12 seed game, Alabama against Richmond in the 11 seed game.

Dawgs double OT loss to y'all from December still pisses me off.

We're a Bubble-Tastic team right because we can NEVER close the deal with it all on the line. As it stand, we need to beat a bad Auburn team in the 1st round (who took us to OT early in the year) which will set up, what I believe, will be a Play In game for the tourney in a rematch against Bama. Winner should lock up a spot and the loser will be sweating bullets on Selection Sunday.

Could be worse I guess. I could be sitting here hoping for the miracle run to get us in.

I remember that game - quite a dog fight (no pun intended). I wonder if UGA had come out on top that night, it would have been enough to keep them off the bubble.

If Ohio State plays like they did yesterday I don't see too many teams that can hang with them....UNC looking pretty strong though.

Well, they aren't going to put up 14 of 15 from three very often  , but I definitely see what you're saying.

I really think Notre Dame might be good enough to win it all. I'm thinking Pitt would be a good bet too.

Should be a pretty good tourney. The top 6 seeds in each region all will have legitimate shots at the Final 4. Once you drop to the 7 seeds and below though, pretty weak field. The bubble is weak this year.

Even if they made half those shots they still played unbelievable. They have a great mix of players with experience (Lighty, Diebler, Buford) and young studs (Sullinger, and Craft) Their defense is underrated...that freshman point guard is an amazing defender.

Notre Dame seems to be missing something to me, I feel like they could make an early exit if they got on a cold streak, which could be true for most teams, I suppose.

Go Zags...after a down year they still manage to win the conference and conference tourney. Automatic bid...thank goodness.

Oh...go Badgers as well. How awesome was Bruesewitz dunk in the Ohio St game? The only damn highlight in that stinkfest.

I'm not comfortable living in a world where there will be a CBS "bubble cam" on the Michigan State basketball team come selection Sunday.

Well, Nebraska is pretty much dead as far as the NCAA tourney goes... maybe an NIT bid.

Tonight is a big night for Milwaukee basketball teams. UW-Milwaukee gets an automatic bid with a win over Butler tonight (not liking their chances, but it is at home). And Marquette should punch their card with a win over Providence. If they lose that one, I think their bubble will be burst (deservedly so, after that stinker against Seton Hall this weekend).

Wisconsin could have 3 teams in the field after tonight. Or, they could end up with just the one for the Badgers. Go Marquette!!!

This just in: Kemba Walker is REDONKULOUS

Great game today.

If I'm to believe Jay Bilas, tomorrow's Bama/UGA game is going to be a de facto Play In game for the tourney.

I am...........uneasy.

I wish. My lack of accrued time off and a 1pm tip means it's a no go.

Thankfully there is a STRONG contingent of Dawg faithful at the office so there will be internet/radio updates constantly. Doesn't hurt that the Human Resources Director is a UGA man (who I've already had several convos with this up and down season).

Now, if we pull it off tomorrow, who knows. Might see if FemDerris can work some magic.

I just hate paying full prices for the whole session and another game that I don't really care that much about.

Arkansas just went fucking nuts. Down 16 with 7 to go and they went on a 18-2 run.

Game tied with under 2 to go.

HELL of a fucking comeback by UNC. Holy shit. It completely took me out of listening to the UGA game.
