Definitely looking forward to that new TNV, but I'm holding out for the actual release next month.

Syked to have seen this one up. Big fan of her self-titled album and was recently wondering if she'd follow it up. Funny how the internet works that way. So far it's pretty good.

about 1/3d through first listen

that opening track is overblown and bombastic in the worst way possible

open retching

agreed, i'm not so hot on the first track. i think i'll end up liking this record just based on the fact that i like her voice and the general mood of the music, but doubt it'll get much deeper than that.

yeah, she's always been someone who puts out at least half-an-album's worth of stuff i really like with each release, so i'm sure there's some good stuff here, as well

Looking forward to this one as well. That cover looks like a Max Ernst landscape.

April is going to be a pretty huge month for releases. Of course most of it has leaked already, but anyway.
