Maybe once a week 18%  18%  [ 6 ]
Every few months 32%  32%  [ 11 ]
Fuck that, it's all about Rock/Pop 38%  38%  [ 13 ]
We have other forums? 9%  9%  [ 3 ]

I'll check the hip hop forum when I see there's a new post. And of haven't made a mix in about 6 months that wasn't specifically made for someone so I don't use that forum much. The other forums I don't even bother with.

Yeah, when I see new posts (which is rare) in the hip-hop forum I check 'em out.

The mix forum I check when I see someone posts that I respect/like, I'll download and listen. There is some good stuff to be heard in the mix forum.

I check out (and use) the mix forum fairly frequently, and have always thought it was a good idea to separate the mixes from the general thread. Never quite understood the need to ghettoize rap discussion in a separate forum though. Ditto the review & lists forums - I mean, aren't reviews and lists what Obnerds DO? I don't think I've ever stepped foot in the trading forum; I imagine that's a magical land where Timmyjoe is king. And tiny scraps of entertainment can be found in the introductions forum from watching Togg welcome spambots. And lastly, the rock/pop forum kind of bites.

I use the top 3, but yeah I don't know why we need to segregate music, especially since so many people already just post rap stuff in the "main" forum...

i guess i'm all for rap in the main forum - but unfortunately i can count on one hand the number of rap albums in the last 5 years that i really got into.
