Pretty good record, though. It's Lloyd doing all Hendrix covers.

Which is apparently the only album from a "Hendrix-influenced power trio" from the early '70s.

According to the liner notes, Lloyd met Hendrix through Velvert, who was a friend of Jimi's. So that is certainly where it came from. (I thought it was Lloyd's face superimposed on Jimi's too.)
