It's on Hulu, retards.

Why is Netflix easier?

Actually it's not on Hulu anymore. I'm guessing because the dvd is coming out soon.

no commercials and a slightly more navigable interface (although it's still a pain in the balls and I prefer to use instantwatcher).

I have Hulu premium because I hate watching anything on my laptop if I don't have to, but it's only been worthwhile since they added the Daily Show and Criterion stuff.

For me, Hulu means, disconnecting my laptop from a bunch of shit in my office and connecting it to the one of the TV's. Netflix means, essentially, turning on the DVD player.

If it's just me and I'm watching in the office, no big deal, I've got a nice sized monitor and speakers and all that, but I have this other person I watch TV with.

Last night's 30 Rock was the best it's been in a while. Great episode.

I'm a huge fan of Community and Archer. Starting to watch the first season of Parks and Rec on Netflix. Other than that, I haven't been watching much.

parks' season 1 is pretty brutal. but season 2 starts to show why it's lauded. and season 3 has been straight-up excellent so far.

Yeah Season 1 has had some pretty cringeworthy moments, but also some pretty damn hilarious ones (pretty much anything involving Ron Swanson or Tom Haverford).

Also, anyone see Archer last night? Definitely one of the best episodes this season.

On a Community note, Donald Glover is awesome. He deserves to be the black guy in every hollywood movie for at least the next two years.

"Community" is so forced it's painful to watch. Did you get the joke? Well let our overenthusiastic caricatures rephrase it for you at least two times.

Heavily-veiled dick and fart jokes.

It's comedy directed at 13-year-olds.

And everyone forgets about South Park.
That shit has been the most consistent biting comedy for a long time.

Well, the topic is 2011 comedies...i was talking about shows and seasons in 2011. Yes South Park is great..when their new season starts i'm sure they'll get mentioned.

Oh OK.
Other comedies not from 2011 that are worth a shit -- since I have found none in 2011 so far:

Life and Times of Tim -- First couple episodes were great until all the rest turned into them but somehow Curb Your Enthusiasm has kept its concept fresh.
Xavier: Renegade Angel -- Dialogue is so fast moving against the most annoying animation style. I could see how most people would disregard.
Eastbound and Down -- I'll only comment on the most recent drama-ridden season. It definitely evolved the show and made it into something else that the first season was running out of.
Tim and Eric -- Tiresome, but still 25x better than any other show mentioned in this thread.
Always Sunny -- I'll watch when I remember. It's been chasing its tail for three years.

Anyone have any other suggestions -- from 2011 or not?

Fawlty Towers
The Young Ones
Peep Show
Knowing Me Knowing You

I watched all two seasons of The Young Ones.
Surprisingly unique for its time. Its caricatures were relatable.
I can't say it was laughingly funny.
But it was entertaining.
..Enough to watch the series.

Nice rec.
Props
Hi-fives
Let's get some wings and some beers.
..Peep Show next.

Actually started to like Perfect Couples on NBC. Wouldn't mind if it got renewed for next season. I've got a backlog of Archers and Bob's Burgers to get through this weekend.
