I've seen Ghost yesterday, awesome show. really short though, they actually didn't play the album in its entirety so after maybe 45 minutes they were gone.

I thought that this is less grinding but more into the direction of asphyx or something like that. it's quite melodic. I like these one or two 'disco beat' songs most, the rest is good but not that remarkable.
gonna check that miasmal later. martyrdöd is pretty awesome.

grinding, meaning dead heavy, plodding away, relentless heaviness, not grindcore.

as far as I know, the latest martyrdöd came out in 2009, but I can upload that. I saw them live some weeks ago, that was rather intense.
