This reminds me of a guy I saw at Coachella.

I was sitting in the shade trying to cool down. He and his friends walk by, realizes that he's missing something and runs back. Friends look at each other with a "Where da hell did he go?" look and begin to walk back as well. Dude returns with his refound friend...a rubber penis. He proudly hung it on his belt loop and fondled it lovingly as he walked away with his friends.

"whaddya want for nothin'...r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-ubber peeeeeenis?"

If there's a better endorsement to have to be taken seriously, I don't know what it is.

And that statment about being fined "$25 grand" if you don't opt in to Obamacare, well that's completely accurate and in no way false.

FU FLASHBACK OF THE DAY.

So apparently Oliver Miller, aka The BIG O, who played for Arkansas back in the 90s with Lee Mayberry and Todd Day got arrested for pistol whipping someone at a cookout in my old neighborhood (3rd grade through high school). Link

Did it look like me beating on Stu? I mean, Big O was Hugh- Mungus.

Also, sadly didn't O go on to further success than Mayberry n Day?

Our new local FOX affiliate's meteorologist/weather dude is named Barak Shapiro. I feel like FOX is over-compensating by hiring him.

Quote:
Barak Shapiro: Meteorologist

I never would have guessed it, but I have made it back to Tennessee! You see, in television, it is somewhat difficult to go where you want, but I've done it. I grew up in New Orleans, but spent my high school years in Memphis. That is when I realized how much I truly loved Tennessee!

It was Hurricane Andrew in 1992 that made me want to become a Meteorologist. Having seen what a hurricane can do, first hand, made me want to learn more about weather and I was glued to the television the entire time to see what was happening! That is when I found my calling. Plus, I think there were subtle signs guiding me in that direction my entire life. Case in point.....Barak, in Hebrew, means "lightning".

I received my degree in Meteorology from Florida State University and have been awarded a seal of approval from the American Meteorological Society.

I've also worked in Tallahassee, FL, Salisbury, MD, Tucson, AZ, Tulsa, OK and Shreveport, LA.

When I am not forecasting, I am usually outdoors mountain biking, hiking, and just generally exploring the outdoors. I am also working on honing my skills at the piano and really enjoy just riding my bike around town exploring Music City.

You can catch me on Fox17 weeknights from 9:00pm - 10:30pm. If you ever have any weather related questions, don't be afraid to give me a shout at BShapiro@Fox17.com

Sounds like an alright dude, but considering Fox's tendency towards hiring blowhard zombies...

He's the only one I remember playing much, so I looked it up.

Lee Mayberry: 7 years; 5.1 ppg; played every game his first four seasons
Todd Day: 8 years; 12.3 ppg; tied with Larry Bird & Paul Pierce for most points in a quarter (24) by a Celtic
Oliver Miller: 8 years: 12.9 ppg; 7.4 rpg; two stints with Globetrotters

Later players:
Corliss Williamson: 12 years; 11.1 ppg; 2001-2002 NBA Sixth Man of the Year; Current Head Coach of University of Central Arkansas
Corey Beck even played 88 games in the NBA

Nolan Richardson is the current head coach of the Tulsa Shock of the WNBA. They went 6-28 last year.

Train, train lord take me on out of this town...

These mindless dipshits don't realize that their "'Merkuh" wouldn't be what it is today without the train. The industrial revolution and Industrial revolution uber-rich were fueled by the rail industry.

I believe this was my original argument for why this plan would fail.
