Hedo Turkoglu is the oldest looking 32 year old I've ever seen.

And between him and Zaza, I feel like their should be more singlets and "grappling".

Lakers on track. They are beautiful when they are operating on all cylinders. Odom IS the best sixth man without a doubt.

That was straight gangster. They tried to give that shit away, too.

I'll be the first to admit that the Hawks are a poorly constructed, badly coached team of malcontents, but man, the Magic are hot garbage. Blech x20.

If they can't sign a CP3 or some other established creator they will fade fast.

hawks and blazer franchises have some parallel fail over the years. except people actually attend blazer games.

Agree to disagree. It's a fairly subjective award and in order to win it, technically, the player has to have come off the bench in more games than he started.

Odom had 34 starts this year. He's a rotating starter. If he gets 7 more starts (which he might've had he not hurt his shoulder) he wouldn't have even been eligible.

The next guy in the voting, Jason Terry, by comparison, had 10 starts.

Crawford, had ZERO and has roughly combarable stats.

Odom has had a great year but in my book Crawford should've won it if you stuck to the spirit of the award IMO.

I'm no Laker fan, but I'd have to go with Odom this year as well. Yes, he had 34 starts, but that was mainly due to Bynum being injured. Of the 54 games Bynum played in this year, he started 47. Odom mainly got his starts when Bynum was out completely.

I'd even go with Jason Terry over Crawford this year for 6th man.

Stats:
Odom - 14.4 ppg, 8.7 rpg, 4.0 apg
Terry - 15.8 ppg, 1.9 rpg, 4.1 apg
Crawford - 14.2 ppg, 1.7 rpg, 3.2 apg

But, yes, it's a very subjective award.

Everyone has their own opinion but to me, Jamal IS the Hawks bench.

You take him off the team and we're probably an 8 seed if not out of the playoffs (7 less wins would've put us out).

You take Terry and Odom off their teams I'd wager they still get a Top 3-4 seed, if not higher (since Lakers are already a 2)

Meh. Whatever. Go New Orleans.

Now, on that basis, I agree with you about Crawford. Again, it's a tough award to figure out what to base it on.

But one thing we definitely can agree on (not that they have much chance), is "Go New Orleans"!!!

Bob, how worried are you about the Grizzlies after that game?

Not looking great, that's for sure.

Don't sell the Blazers short, rp: The Hawks are one step above the Clippers.

Portland at least has a championship and some deep playoff runs.

And, no Hawk, to my knowledge has been caught smoking "marijuana" out a coke can in the back of a Mercedes with Too Short. Nor has it been alleged (in public, mind you) that a Hawks player took teh bukk ala Z Randolph.

He was a FALCON...but they fail at everything, too. It's one of the conundrums of modern life in AMGERGIKAG. Why if ATL is "Black Hollywood" and more Af-Am sports and culture stars want to live there than even NYC and LA, can they not attract top tier talent to their teams?

If you build, they won't necessarily come.

I didn't have one expectation of the Knicks winning, but Knicks should have won those first two games....I would have been content with losing in 6.

Oh, well. baseball season!
