I love how when you go back to the opening scene, that box cutter is the undoing of not one, but two people...

I've never seen an episode, but for whatever reason I switched to it last night just about when it was over and I saw that box-cutter scene...I think that was the most violent thing I've ever seen on network television, damn. But yeah, I need to start from the beginning on this show I think. I'll get annoyed if I pick up in season 4 or whatever this is and I don't quite understand everything that's going on.

And how Gale ultimately sealed his own fate when he insisted that Gus hire Hank.

I might have to start watching this at the office. It's "too dark" for the wife - so it should be right up my alley.

I would say you should start from the beginning and catch up. That way you see the transformation of the main character in its entirety.

This is up on Netflix instant now, and I'm full on addicted. I'm in the middle of season 2 right now.

I would love a spinoff show of just Gus & Mike as much as BB right now.

I thought Season 1 was great, Season 2 had a big drop-off, then rebounded and got better and better and better with Season 3, 4 and beyond

I'd like a Mike & Jesse show, myself. Those two are quite the pair.

I thought seasons 1-3 were uniformly great, but season 4 has been a slight drop-off; I think it's partially that the story is getting a little outlandish, and partially that the cartel side of the story does not interest me in the slightest. Plus, how long can the Walt-running-from-the-law story go on (I guess five seasons, but...)
