It really is. Been addicted to it the past week or so. Signed up for premium and can now stream everything on my iPhone. LastFM integration rules as well. Anything else I can't find on there goes into Google Music.

I know some of you are on already, but if you're not, you really need to go check it out.

I started a collaborative playlist for Obner.org. Anyone can add music to it. Here is the direct Spotify link:

I love it when I'm at home but haven't ponied up for the pay/mobile option yet.

Shit fucking rules though. I listened to at least 10 2011 albums that I hadn't gotten around to checking out yet over the wknd.

Yeah man I can't get enough of it. I can't believe how extensive their collections are.

$10 a month to stream your playlists anywhere sold me.

Yail, share your lists on Spotify. Did you connect via facebook yet?

Because HughesNet sucks cock and has Fair Access Policy which limits my internet usage to 225MB/day, I'm a little skeptical about whether I could use this extensively. Does it eat up MB?

I've been using the "ad-supported" version and am really enjoying it. Mostly use it at work, since a lot of my iPod library is A. NSFW and B. doesn't hook into my computer speakers.

My friends who've been trying this and Rdio tend to prefer Rdio... but Rdio doesn't have a free version, so I'm avoid that for now.

I signed up but I think I'm done with cloud/streaming things on my phone until I can get something that either doesn't cut out every couple of seconds or doesn't crash my phone. It might just be the Gingerbread update for Android though.

I'm a little scared of the Gingerbread update. Right now, my phone feels like the baddest motherfucker on the planet; I'm hoping GB won't do to it what IOS4 did to my Iphone 3G.

Not to reopen the Android/iphone debate again, but so far everything I've heard that the Iphone 5 can do I'm like "my phone does that already"

Apparently if you're a developer (or pretend to be one), you can download the OS

Been on this since late last year and absolutely love it.

Here are a bunch of acclaimed 2011 albums. I probably won't get through half of these.

I have the MyTouch 4g.

I still think that the iphone is probably the better overall product for most people; Android has really made some great leaps and is able to be more innovative, faster because there are roughly 5000 different Android handsets that are all slightly different and an App Market that is the Wild West in that they basically allow anything in.

TCB sent me a google+ AND a spotify invite, but I honesty have no idea what spotify does - except after reading this thread I can surmise it's something akin to Shazam with a pandora/recommend tastes type add on, and you can play or stream the songs instead of just buy them?

The other thing that Apple remains ahead of the curve on is clean design, ease of use, and cool factor. Once people realized that you can indeed "send attachments" from an Apple to a Windows machine or whatever, and they came out with cool looking products (and learned that this business model would allow them to release a new, exclusive and expensive, product that basically fixes the things the people bitched about when they bought the first product and charge them more money for doing so) their stock went from nothing to $520 and beyond.

Plus, Chris, you're skewing your Stuff White People Like demo with this whole Android thing, dude. How can you be a smug hipster with thick rimmed glasses and Toms shoes and NOT have an iPhone?
