I disagree. You don't have to be able to throw it through someone to be a great quarterback.

i guess that is the point. to discuss something that is relevant to the NFL 2011/2012 season. if you look at the thread topic, i think you'll agree that it's a pretty good place to do that. my point is that if you like football, this season is a great opportunity to watch someone play the most important offensive position better than it has ever been played in the history of the game.

Also: why no love for the other four-time Super Bowl winner, and Stop Breathin's fellow Louisianan, Terry Bradshaw? If winning is all that matters -- on Obner, we call it the Jack Morris Theory -- shouldn't the Man who Can't Spell Cat When Spotted the C & T get some credit?

Because Luke McCown could have led those Steelers to four Super Bowl wins.

To the contrary: for every Trent Dilfer, and to a lesser extent, Jeff Hostetler, who has "game-managed" a team to a Super Bowl win, we have many more who haven't. Chris Chandler, Rex Grossman, Jake Delhomme, Neil O'Donnell, Tony Eason; I'd even think to throw Mc Nair and Bledsoe in with that lot.

Real answer: Probably because I grew up in the Elway era and not the Bradshaw era so he sticks out to me as a dude with a rifle arm and a will to win.

Obner Answer: Fuck that catdick bald sonofabitch and his boyfriend.

yeah i dont know. its just not workin for him so far. which is awful because now martz is going to call even more pass plays which means cutler may die today. bears can only have so many 3 and outs and hold off rodgers for only so long

Yeah, I'm far from a fan of Cutler but I do hate to see a dude get beat up that bad.

Ryan's not holding up much better. Who knew that Harvey Dahl was a HoF-caliber lineman?

actually today he's had decent protection, which is really weird to see. but, on the flipside he's either waiting too long, being very inaccurate, or his receivers are just plain dropping it. sometimes all three at once.

bears wil probably have some fluke turnover/special teams play or something. thats their best bet

For my money this will forever be a two way tie between Dan McGwire and Babe Laufenberg.

Please, guys. Craig Krenzel, Johnathan Quinn, Chad Hutchinson, Moses Moreno. These are just a few of the travesties the Bears have had to deal with in the last 10 years.

I'm pretty sure that Cutler's O-Line just thinks he's a prick and wants to see him get battered so much he moves back to Santa Claus, IN to run the Wildebeast at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari
