Another fantastic episode last night! Not sure whether Beneke is dead or just broke his neck, but that close-up of his hand twitching was hilarious. And that ending was SOOOOOOO intense. Walt's segue from bawling to maniacal laughter shows ol' Heisenberg might have just officially short-circuited.

I couldn't believe my ears when he decided to sass-mouth while Gus was trying to give him a reprieve. Also loved that scene in the front yard at Jesse's house. Tyrus was really getting a kick out of zapping Walt.

I forgot how great it was to see Tio Salamanca finally get his comeuppance. Gus really stuck it to him good, even parading Jesse in as the guy who - for all intents and purposes - ended the Salamanca family name. That old sumbitch sure as hell wasn't ringing his fucking bell last night! LOL

Did nobody else watch this week? Tommy? Chait?

I know it was left somewhat ambiguous, but I'm thinking Beneke is definitely dead based on the reaction of the two guys in Saul's office (wonder why they were both wearing purple, though). Funny enough, Beneke's death is kind of like the same actor's (spoiler alert) sudden demise on Terriers. Also, when he initially tripped over the rug to let Skyler in, I thought of the white security guy from the George Clooney/J-Lo movie Out of Sight. Nice little detail and payoff.

That wordless scene with Tio Salamanca reacting to Gus's news was well played by the actor. But definitely glad to see him get his comeuppance based on the flashbacks in the show involving him.

Also, the last scene panning out from Walt in the crawl space was some intense, David Fincher-esque shit. Such a great, unique shot for a tv show. Nicely soundtracked scene from Walt busting into the crawlspace to the end of the episode.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT.

That...was some shit. Having spent a lot of time in ABQ has always added to the enjoyment of this show dating back to s1, but for some reason this season went the extra mile or so. So happy except that I looooooovvvvvveddddddddd Giancarlo Esposito. Sigh.

Yea, holy shit.

Last night's episode was really fucking intense, but I really could have done without the B-movie style effects used on Gus.

things are not going to end well for walt - gilligan has made that very clear on many occasions

An awesome segway into The Walking Dead.
Loved this episode and the ending was fucking brutal seeing the Lily of the Valley. Despite my love for this show, in my opinion, that should have been the series finale. I'm not sure how they could top the absolute greatness of Gus.

Yeah, it'll be hard to top that ending.
