Listening now.
Sounds super cool. You got very Jane's Addiction thing happening there.
What all are you playing?

It sounds like it's playing 2 Jane's Addiction songs at once.

an old strat-wannabe through a marshall haze, then a hammond setting on an s90. vocals are through an SM57. everything is layered at least 4x and then squashed with some sort of mastering plugin. drums are a garageband loop that i was going to make into real drums, but i grew attached to the sound so i kept it.

You got away from it on the Hop on Pop tune. You just need a pop song to do it, I guess.
And, at any rate, it sounds great, so fuckit.

I love the groove you have in that song. I'm definitely digging it.

I'm using Chrome as well. Weird.

Are you going to release an album, EP, singles?

i'm going to start with mainly EP projects, the limited vinyl and cheap/free download business model everyone is trying now. i'm not looking to make any money, just archive what i produce. sort of a dischord approach.

i was going to only release my own output, packaging everything in different personas as if all the label "artists" were played by me behind the scenes, a la Gorillaz (in a sense). but i've since come across an amazing female vocalist who i might be working with in the near future whose material i might be releasing and collaborating on as well.

so i'm moving more toward the direction of releasing only artists who have some sort of connection to indiana. there are some decent things going on out in the sticks, you just have to look behind all the juggalo bullshit.

i'm glad...i was really hard up to find an appropriate name

my grandpa used to chew, and so did i for a while...then i wiki'd some indiana history and apparently there was a native american in the area named Young Tobacco, so it kind of all came together in my head.

plus, i think it kind of captures the po' ass vibe here
