There's no word as to whether or not this will have any effect on Sabbath's planned live shows in Europe this summer. All we can do right now is wish the 63 year-old Iommi the speediest of recoveries, and of course, spin plenty of Sabbath in the meantime.

Sad to hear about this, although I didn't know Sabbath was working on an album. So, it's kind of good news/bad news.

Anyway, Toni Iommi could have 7 types of cancer, Black Sabbath will still never die. :rawk:
