Yeah, that was my thought as well. Also, the fact that an independent arbitrator can overturn the governing body is kinda odd, but expected.

I still have him on my rotisserie league roster. In fact, I have four of the top eleven rookies/second year players to watch, per USA Today: Brett Lawrie, Julio Teheran, Henderson Alvarez, & Desmond Jennings.
