Went with Sobotka. A bit erratic but his heart was always in the right place.

I never quite understood how Prop Joe attained the power he had. Seems like someone (Avon or Stringer's era) would've just smoked him at some point just to not have to listen to his "propositions".

Prop Joe was a great character but the docks season was my favorite and I had to go with Sobotka.
