Stringer was one of my favorites.

Herc is a character you kind of have to hate. And not like Levy or Rawls where you sort of love to hate them. Like he's just a waste of a human being and the worst kind of cop. A selfish, amoral schmuck who thinks he's a good guy. Borderline racist. I mean, he's almost a little too real.

But at the same time, Herc had a lot more personality and depth, in a way, so I can see why he was included.

Carver is one of the show's bright spots, but in a way that makes him less interesting.

Carver seems like the least damaged person on the show.

Stringer wins.
