Yamantaka/Sonic Titan

Saw their video on Muchmusics the Wedge the other night, and really liked the song, so i got the album. Pretty interesting stuff, Japanese vocals over layers of distorted guitar. Worth checking out.

I really dig it. Was listening to that a few weeks back. Can't remember--is it an EP or album?

Yeah, I listened to the Kaiser Chiefs record a few days ago and it was unfortunately pretty flat. They've lost a lot of energy, imo.

Haven't heard that WR record. I need to check it out and hear for myself.

Have you checked out Zoo yet? I'm listening to it now. Much different than their older stuff, but it's good so far.

Not yet. I'll have to check it out this week sometime.
