I really feel like S4-5 have fallen off. Still better than most of what's out there though.

Same here. I think the staff of 30 Rock and/or SNL are the only ones to really understand what Tracy Morgan does well...

He'd never succeed on a non-Kool Keith level but, as Dr. Octagon, they'd both be amazing...


What I like about his character is the 90% of what he says is crazy but, like, 10% is random trivia.
