Are you guys listening to this? I figured it would be pretty popular here, considering it's like a less pedantic "Inside the Actor's Studio" for the indie rock crowd.

Because it's hosted by Tom Scharpling they get a good amount of people on there that I like to hear from. There's only been a handful of episodes so far, but guests have included Damien from Fucked Up, Peter Prescott from Mission of Burma, Lou Barlow, Nils Lofgren and his sideburns, Mark Robinson (new material!), Karl Hendricks, YLT, Greg Cartwright from Reigning Sound, Sharon Van Etten, Patrick from Titus Andronicus, etc...

Anyway, worth a listen if you're interested in hearing a little more about the process/history behind some of these people.

you almost lost me at "Inside the Actor's Studio for the indie rock crowd" but sold me 200% at Tom. How have I not heard of this? Thank you.

well, I just meant that a lot of the discussion is about the process, but yeah it's an unfortunate analogy. In addition to Tom, it's 2 others who are both from Philly so there's always potential for an upcoming Rob Hyman/Eric Bazilian interview.

it's almost worth it just to hear Janet Weiss talk about her fantasy basketball team.
