Bunny just wasn't on long enough to have same impact.

Really? Bunny had an enormous impact in the little time he was featured prominently (S3-4).

Bodie's great, but I had to vote for Bunny.

I can't believe Bunny is still in this.

I voted Bodie.

I can't believe Bodie beat Stringer Bell.

Bunny is a totally profound character. He's what you want out of your leaders. To try something, anything, to make things better for the community. The greater good. He also grew up in the streets and could relate on that level as well. Ultimately he gets crucified for working outside of the machine.

Bodie is the other end of the spectrum and to me, is one the most important characters on the show. He represents the street soldier and the reality of the urban ghettos. He's also tragic because he's always the pawn and never becomes the Avon or Stringer. He's never going to the leave Baltimore and ultimately dies on "his corner". I always felt Bodi had more "street honor" than Stringer did. That's why I voted for Bodie over String.

I mean Stringer was a ruthless, backstabbing asshole, but he was easily my favorite "bad guy".

Yeah, but I was glad when he got killed and I felt sad when Bodie got it.

That's just me though.

Agreed. And none of the remaining characters would probably be in my personal top 4 but Bunny would be closest.
