YES. How about her telling Rick that Shane "needs to be dealt with" earlier in this half-season (like 3 episodes ago!) but once he actually does it, she recoils away from him in horror and acts like he has changed and she doesn't recognize him? She is such a frustrating, badly written character.

I'm still watching, and the finale was probably the first episode that made me want to go back and read the graphic novels during the hiatus (if even just to have a frame of reference). Michonne looks to be an intriguing character and the pan to the prison on the other side of the forest at the end of the episode could be interesting as well.

I still think it's a pretty solid show, and the last few episodes were a great capper to the season.

My brother is current on the comics, so I may grab them from him between now and the next season.

That's Michonne. She's probably the closest this series has to an Omar-type character.

Yeah I mean that "dark hooded character" could have been anything. A druid wizard of some kind. One of the guys from Sunn O)))). Maybe the Emperor from Star Wars.

But now that he knows it's a female Omar-type character named Michonne, toots' imagination has nowhere to go. The mystery is ruined.

It really doesn't ruin anything, though. Unless he goes and looks her up and finds out about all the things she does in the book. And even then, the show has only followed the book about 50% of the time (I guess, just going on people's comments on S2 which I still haven't watched).

Nah, they're flooding the area with bath salts and making everyone into zombies. It's how Barry's gonna win re-election. Or something.

one of the actresses was recently on a talk show and said the crew discourages people from mowing lawns with signs that say "we are filming an apocalyptic television program." is that true? i would find it hard to believe that residents would go for leaving their properties look in a shambles just for a television show.

also, i thought the last 8 episodes were the best run they've done yet. there is still a little inconsistency and michonne's written terribly, but otherwise i think they've stepped it up big time from the farm season.
