another great google easter egg: get walking directions from the shire (or rivendell) to mordor. results bring up a warning "use caution: one does not simply walk into mordor." well played.

Apparently Scott H. Biram's house was struck by lightning Monday and burned down.

I'd just like to point out that my Norfolk Admirals (AHL) won their 19th straight game last night. They now own the longest win streak in professional hockey (ECHL, AHL, NHL, et al) and are en route to their 20th consecutive win tonight.

These aren't 80,000 no name records either. Just some of the big names include ELVIS, MICHAEL JACKSON, MERLE HAGGARD, FLEETWOOD MAC, BARRY WHITE, JOE COCKER, RICHARD PRYOR, BILLY JOEL, WHITNEY HOUSTON, JAMES TAYLOR, CHICAGO, KENNY ROGERS, ALABAMA, PETE TOWNSHEND, NEKTAR, ELO, BOSTON, ROD STEWART, LUTHER VANDROSS, THE NEW CHRISTY MINSTRELS, LIONEL RICHIE, THE DOOBIE BROTHERS, THREE DOG NIGHT, ELTON JOHN, DOLLY PARTON, THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS, REO SPEEDWAGON, RICK JAMES, JEFFERSON STARSHIP, ART GARFUNKEL, LED ZEPPELIN, EARTH WIND AND FIRE, FRANK SINATRA, WILLIE NELSON, STYX, MARKY MARK, FOREIGNOR, JOHN DENVER, VILLAGE PEOPLE, BARRY MANILOW, EAGLES, NEIL DIAMOND, TONY BENNETT, HANK WILLIAMS JR, TOMMY JAMES AND THE SHONDELS, GEORGE STRAIT, VAN HALEN, ARETHA FRANKLIN, BLUE OYSERT CULT, CONWAY TWITTY, CAT STEVENS, CHARLIE DANIELS BAND

In other words, common records you can find at any thrift store, flea market, goodwill, or curbside trash bin. I'd imagine the way they're shown to be stored also may deter would-be buyers. I wonder why doesn't have any pics of the boxsets etc that he's saying are big ticket items?
