Horace Andy: Dance Hall Style

Great dubby sounds throughout. If you've heard the Massive Attack updates of Money Money and Spy Glass, this has the original versions. Nice pressing on Wackie's, all extended versions. For best results play very loud.

Listened to this four times today. I'm more an early Cramps kinda guy but compared to most of the shite you get these days this is a veritable master piece, so I've been forced to reappraise it.

Poison Ivy's guitar is freaking brilliant, I especially like the wig out moments on 'Dames, Booze, Chains and Boots' and 'Blow Up Your Mind'.

Also best album title ever.

Will check out Horace Andy above.

And I may just have to go play some Cramps as it is about time for me to stop being mellow and start thinking about a loud rock show in another 2-3 hours.

It was excellent though my taste in metal is questionable and one of the tracks didn't play.
