Made some pretty tasty brussels sprouts tonight:
just chopped them into a slaw, sauteed them in a bit of butter, with salt, pepper, and minced shallots and then finished them off with a little bit of truffle oil.
Even the kids liked 'em.

I have decided that anything tastes delicious of you cook it with chilies, garlic and lemongrass. My house increasingly smells like a Vietnamese restaurant.
