Look, you don't have to make this personal, ok?

Loog and I have the ALL TIME wing nut troll clogging up our feeds every damn day. He's insatiable.

I also have a serious Ron Paul/conspiracy guy but he's calmed down a lot since it was proven (once again) that no one actually wants to vote for Dr. Paul.

Guess I shouldn't have edited that part out of my post.

I just did it because I was going to add something, changed my mind, and ended up deleting the whole paragraph.

at polling stations, instead of picture ID I'd like to have some basic IQ test. Potential voters would have to point to Afghanistan on a world map, explain how many millions are in a trillion, etc

There is nothing more annoying to my facebook feed than a Ron Paul fan. Somehow they all end up being the most annoying people ever. I ban-hammer those people so quick from my feed, it's awesome.

Also Fox could hope for nothing better than a re-election. Much More money in the underdog business.

It was weird to see my 13 year old nephew "like" Mitt Romney on facebook a week or so ago. I'm not sure he even knows who he is.

Deborah Wieser Price It was interesting that she would ask Biden a question and wait for his response, but when it came to Ryan, she would rapid fire another question before he could answer the first part. If this is your friend Sally's idea of a "good moderator", you might consider a dictionary for her for Christmas, JoAnn.

Rene Jacob Thank God we are into the last month before elections. What I don't understand is that some of you actually speak to one another at the JCI Senate meetings. Let's get this over with before I start getting Cable from Guatemala instead of the US.

Legacy Dunce:
Hmmm, why is our D-bag of a president wearing a golf shirt? Could it be they had pull him off the golf course to let him know he was "getting" Bin Laden.

My side of the family's version of Uncle Teabag (well, my mom's side... dad's side is all in the bag except that one gay uncle, god bless him) is actually fairly reasonable. He's terrified shitless of muslims, but then he'll also link a neutral article debunking republican spin points so his friends can see it, which I respect.

Kyle or Ayah or someone please tell me you live in MA 4 and can vote against this yutz:

Charles Pierce on Esquire's politics blog Wrote:
Sean Bielat is a Tea Party Republican who became something of a celebrity among Massachusetts conservatives by losing to Barney Frank in 2010 by a mere 11 percent of the vote during the biggest national Republican sweep in the country's history. (Bielat made their hearts go pitty-pat even faster when he celebrated his double-digit loss by being snotty, always a plus in wingnut circles.) To be entirely fair, as Tea Party Republicans go, Bielat is a pretty good candidate. He's young, a major in the Marines and an Iraq war veteran, a relatively self-made businessman (about which more anon), and he presents himself as being entirely reasonable, provided you get past the fact that he's one of those people who, you know, Built It without any help from the government, except for all the help he got from the government:

Sean Bielat is a businessman and a Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He currently runs www.OneClickPolitics.com, an online start-up. Prior to his 2010 campaign against Barney Frank, Sean led a $100 million defense robotics program at iRobot Corporation. Sean worked his way through college and graduate school, aided by the GI Bill, scholarships, and student loans.

Oy.

Anyway, with Frank retiring, Bielat now is running against Joe Kennedy for Frank's old congressional seat.
