30 minutes would be fine. A whole hour is just a bit presumptuous.

Three, 20 minute EPs each for $3.99 would be more like it.

Haven't seen this posted elsewhere, but stumbled across it while reading Pf's review of the doc soundtrack.

Mark Kozelek, the singer-songwriter behind Red House Painters and Sun Kil Moon, has three albums coming out on his own Caldo Verde label: a live album, an all-covers record, and a soundtrack.

Like Rats features covers of Bad Brains, Misfits, Josh Turner, Sonny and Cher, and others. Live At Phoenix Public House Melbourne was recorded earlier this year. Those two are out February 19. On November 13, he'll release the soundtrack to On Tour, his tour documentary from last year.

I love his covers. We'll see if the live record covers any new ground. I am interested in seeing the doc.

*edit--the street date for the doc was Aug 2011? Did I miss that or is that wrong?

Looks like the doc did come out last summer. However, the soundtrack came out this month.

the official website seems to have some good info, in regards to release dates:
