Still, a bummer to be out $150 bucks between the assembly and then having to buy bulbs. I got some strange looks from the church goers across the street who were probably waiting with bated breath to watch me fall on my ass as I was prying the light out without my cane to balance me.

Man, i feel good today. Good workout. Good breakfast taco. Good cup of coffee. Thanksgiving is almost here, which is the greatest holiday ever. I'll be up in CHI if any obs want to grab a drink. I'm going to go see friends play at The Metro on Wed night if you want to grab tickets for JC Brooks and The Uptown Sound.

Here's to a better day! Job is mostly just inconvenient- would have preferred to stay one more year for family reasons but they were wearing on me too.

Now that I'm a short timer in both jobs I feel like I can just out the tablet and surf away after 18 months on the highly secured and monitored government machine! Woo hoo!

what can i say, it was neat!

My nose used to make those sounds almost every time I blew it, but since I broke my skull and my face, I've had almost no sinus issues. Another thing to be thankful for, although I somewhat miss those sounds. Sometimes it would sound like a dropping bomb.
