Villages: Theories of Ageing

Really great ambient release on vinyl from Bathetic records. reminds me a bit of Stars of the Lid and a bit of Tim Hecker. definitely worth a listen if drone influenced ambient appeals to you.

That Pye Corner Audio is good, listening to it right now myself actually. Ghost box is a pretty solid label.

'twas. Nashville crowds can be really inhibited (read, very hard to please). Japandroids did what they did and the hardcores were really into it, and mostly everyone else had some head bobs going.

I'll be very surprised if you don't dig the shit out of that Pye Corner Audio.
