I allegedy have little or nothing to do living in Lincoln, now that my Huskers lost the Big Ten title, yet I barely watched this game or most of the games this year due to work or attending home brew club events.
The sort of people you need to be targeting pay money to post on sites like Husker Max, and they are the same sort of folks who post faux news and Glenn Beck clips on Facebook and they believe that Obama somehow stole the election despite winning the popular vote.

Holy shit, did you drink all of your homebrew prior to that post?

No, I think Rodney got it right. Nobody gives a shit about that unwatchable joke of a game.

Jerkass is right about one thing though: Corch Irving Meyers is about to go on a campaign of colon perforation in the Big 10. Y'all is alls irrelevant nows.

I didn't watch a minute of the SEC Championship. It seemed pretty irrelevant to me.

I mean, it was essentially a national semifinal so I'd hardly call it irrelevant but if you didn't want to watch it, OK. You missed a good game.

From the highlights, it looked like a great game.
But with a Saturday evening full of football as well as Sunday, I have to prioritize my time.
UGA is going to make NE their big red fuckdoll.

I got no beef with that, the question was to relevance.

And my only fear with UGA in the bowl game is that they just don't give a fuck/so many guys about to go pro they dont want to get hurt, etc. Reason #843 I hate televised scrimmages Bowl Games.

For the sake of my marriage, I'll half heartedly root for Bama. I'll also give Saint Saban some props for putting UGA #3 in his coaches poll vote. Class move or chess-game fucking with Muschamp/UF and trying to keep Richt at UGA? YOU DECIDE.

And Stop Breathin - I think it's debatable as to the decision. On the one hand, you clearly have momentum and maybe catch them out of position. On the other hand, you get 2, maybe even 3 shots at the zone with a spike. The ball was tipped, so who knows what the trajectory really was, or if Murray made the throw that was needed there - always a question.

I couldn't believe it was over. All that movement, and then suddenly nothing. Streamers and fireworks. Standing at Cambridge Brewing Company, absolutely stunned.

We got Miss Cleo up in this mothafucker...
It may be for the better. Although BB could get recruits, overall he wasn't all that great of a manager. At least we now have the prospect of competing against an Ohio St. as opposed to Bielema's regime slowly sliding downhill. Time will tell...

I just hope someone tells him he probably won't be able get to a BCS bowl with 5 losses anymore.

There are plenty of fat slobs in Arkansas though so he should feel right at home.

I know the Razorbacks were throwing all sorts of cash at any interested takers, but it seems like a lateral move or a slight step down.
I'm not sure why you would leave a pretty well paying gig in Madison with limited threats to a long term coaching career to go to Fayetteville. The Leaders Division is clearly easier to compete in than the SEC West, and I'd much rather contend with Urban Meyer and Bill O'Brien year in and year out than I would Les Miles and Nick Saban.

I heard he was still hacked off that Wisconsin didn't want to pay his Assistants (which cost him a lot of defections from his staff). Also, what coach wouldn't want to test his meddle against the best of the best?

If Alvarez is smart, he'll move heaven & earth to lure Chris Petersen from Boise.

It doesn't sound like Bielema's going to be able to coach the Rose Bowl. Barry Alvarez will apparently announce the replacement tomorrow. Alvarez also hasn't ruled out taking over the reins for the game. That would make the Rose Bowl much more interesting if he announced himself as the replacement.

No shit. You know ol Barry's itching to feel the reigns under his fingertips one more time.
