No, we maintain a pretty good balance actually. But I've seen it happen.

And by the looks of his list, I'm sure toots is able to maintain a similar balance: He has a friend wear an ipad so he can run behind him and watch episodes of old TV shows while they train, and his tattoo guy recently finished his first 5k. With a portable tat rig on his back.

Besides the awesome rundown of activities and accomplishments I like that you have Vacationer and Bear in Heaven on the list. Earlier this year I checked out the San Cisco ep and most of it was great so I look forward to hearing the whole album.

I think you forgot sleep somewhere in that "got'er done list."
