Apparently I need to check out that Shaon Van Etten album.

A couple of overlaps here, making it a list that I should take seriously as containing a few things that I need to hear.

Awesome! Great #1 choice. Nice to see that Damien Jurado so high up as well.

I don't know why this Japandroids album has left me so cold while so many other people seem to love it, but whatever.

The lyrics on that Aesop Rock album are fantastic. And yet... I haven't been able to really get into it.
