Looking for a very specific track from a CMJ Certain Damage

So I've been hunting High and Lo to locate a certain track from an old CMJ Certain Damage disc I use to have but was stolen when I moved. The moving company movers walked off with all my CMJ discs and an awful lot of other discs I am still trying to replace to this day. The band was Spot 1019, who put out three records on Frontier back in the late eighties/early nineties. The track, "Hubert Humphrey" 3:07 from CMJ: Certain Damage Volume 31 comp) 1990, never appeared on any of those three albums.

Does anybody have it? Can anybody PM me details?

Sorry, I have every CMJ Monthly, but only CMJ Certain Damage #35.
