Seen a few of you mention this around here from time to time and somebody just brought this album up on another board so... tell me about it.
Convince me.
Sounds like a lot of folks think this is one of the all-time great albums. I wanna know more.
Should we be talking about them more?

Don't take it personally, Todd, but that challenge didn't work 8 years ago either.

Thing I love most about that AMG review is that, even in the midst of a glowing revisionist blow job, the reviewer mentions that in 1977 the band doesn't have strong enough vocals for power pop and doesn't have the melody for garage rock, and yet somehow we're supposed to buy that their nascent mediocrity ejaculated out a masterpiece 4 years earlier.
