I feel the same way I've always felt about him, he's incredibly talented and he'll tease you with brilliance, but I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I expected this year to be a mixed bag but mostly a mess, but i've already had more fun this year than the last two years combined.

Meanwhile I completed a trade for Tom Brady and started him this week and put Russell Wilson on my bench (despite my being a Seahawk fan, he's not been that great in Fantasy this year) - And for the first time in like 52 games, Tom didn't throw for a TD while Russell threw for 2 and ran for 100 yards.....

Man, what the heck is up with the Falcons? I mean, you know I can't stand them, but still. I understand that injuries are a major issue right now for them, but they've underperformed all year.

Falcons: Both lines are bad, especially the O-line, the defense as a whole is either young and inexperienced, riddled with injuries, or just plain mediocre. Injuries to Steven Jackson and Roddy White haven't helped the offense.

And honestly, I don't know if its because of the big contract or just the expectations of the success that he and Coach Smith have had, but I think they are both pressing.

Hard to say "fire the bums!" given the aforementioned success, but I can't imagine that Mr Blank is very happy.

Panthers 5-3 and looking good against lesser competition but we'll see how the next two weeks against the 49ers and Patriots go. It's nice to at least be thinking about a playoff spot at this point in the season for the first time in years.

We've got the suck part down pretty well, thanks.

The final NFC playoff spot is going to come down to an interesting battle with Carolina being hot, Green Bay and Chicago battling QB injuries and Detroit and even Arizona being the upstarts.

BTW, I'm rooting for the Chiefs to beat the Seahawks in the Super Bowl so as to cause maximum pain to the two most annoying fanbases in football (Philly and Seattle).

I still think we can ruin Carolina's season at the end of the year. Some guys will be playing for jobs. Also, I imagine most Panther fans are walking on eggshells waiting on the next Cam implosion.

As for Philly, my fantasy team is so far in the toilet, I'm hoping for some more FOLES MAGIC this weekend (of course Brady has a bye).

Falcs. Given the expectations, one could argue this has been the most precipitous fall in NFL history. Completely serious.

Seriously, where do you interact with these Seattle fans and what do they do that's makes them the most annoying? Just curious. I assume it's not the Obner 'Hawk fans as we rarely discuss anything here anymore.

And it would be more painful to not get there at all. And given the way they're playing right now I do not expect them to do so. Unless they've made major adjustments, I think the Falcs probably beat them this week.
