Any idea how they sound these days?

Did you get tix for the Ryman show on FEB 4? Femdisco and I are going.

My buddy saw them in Richmond last weekend and said they sounded really good and he could tell that the band was having a ton of fun on the stage. Makes me very excited for next week in Asheville.

I won tix to Mountain Oasis the day before it started and was unable to go. How was the fest and NMH?

They sounded amazing and I agree that the band seemed to be having a lot of fun playing together, and that made the show that much better for the crowd. They played an hour and a half set with two short breaks (basically a set with two encores). Just really, really good.

The fest itself was still well run and really didn't feel all that different from MoogFest (a good thing for me). My buddy and I had regular weekend passes and were able to get to every show we wanted with minimal waiting (if any). I think I ended up going to about 17 shows, so I came away real happy. Plus, being in Asheville for 3 nights is always fun.

Shit that's awesome. Good for them.
