Is this the same Tycho that used to have a site selling posters and tshirts? i remember that site having electronic music playing in the background the whole time

Yeah, it's very similar in style and not wholly original, but if I can't have new BoC music, I'll go with Tycho for the time being.

Saw Tycho last week and dug them a lot. I didn't think of the similarities with Boards of Canada, but that makes sense. Real good stuff live, and nice visuals too.

Gardens & Villa opened, and I caught 3-4 of their songs. Wish I had caught a few more but who knew that shows start on time these days?

i think of tycho as a kind of poppier version of boards of canada
