Find a hunting camp, or adjacent place in The Black Belt, sometime in the off season. Some place like in Washington Co, AL - your more likely to find an Indian tribe that's never assimilated into the modern world than you are an internet connection.

Rads, I can see a lot of folks being super psyched for their awesome Treehouse stay, and then getting there and realizing they travelled a long way, and paid a lot of money to stay in a cramped RV.

these are all awesome locales and thanks to this thread i probably have my next 5 years of retreats outlined.

i am a bit hesitant to do the cabin in the deep woods things, simply due to the sheer amount of Cabin In the Woods horror movies i've seen.
