I haven't seen this guy mentioned on the board and was wondering what ya'll thought of him.

So I saw this guy open up for Snow Patrol awhile ago, and thought he was fairly impressive. I had never heard of him, but the chicks were going nuts for him. He had a great stage presence, was witty, and played alone on stage using a loop machine. Being a red headed Irish guy probably didn't hurt his appeal to the kids. I like him enough to pick up his first album at the show. It was pleasantly surprising. I can't stand the songs I've heard from the new one. Yikes.

I just thought I'd throw a music topic up on the board. Skewer away.
