Don't blame me, I voted for pop punk.

I find that if I just hold my breath and ignore them, words like that usually go away quietly before I ever have to figure out what they mean.

People still use IDM once in awhile. Haven't heard the others in years.

trap is basically hip hop with tons of snare hits...basically what doods in the south have been doing for years.

I basically hate anyone that grew up in a house with running hot water.

You need to pay your dues.

Speaking of obscure micro-genres...NARDCORE: http://www.avclub.com/article/dudes-lud ... eed-210345

Quote:
7. Rich Kids On LSD
Another band with a silly drug name and a silly scene name—“nardcore,” a conflation of Oxnard, as in California, and hardcore—Rich Kids On LSD may or may not have been rich or on LSD at the time, but they did end up influencing the California punk scene for years to come. The name came from a criticism of their look, though they later gained a reputation as serious users, and the band’s story ends pretty tragically, with the deaths of several members, a couple due to drug-related complications. Also, I had this goddamn song stuck in my head the other day after hearing it on the radio at work.
This is probably the worst song I've heard in a few years.

Sorry for inflicting that on anyone who's managed to avoid hearing it thus far.

I had not heard it and wow, that's bad.

Not really a fan, but I really enjoyed Witchhouse.

Only Yachtrock came close to matching it in my esteem.
